Return & Refund Policy
Receive product returns
The company does not have a policy to accept product returns and refunds in all cases.
Change product
The company has a policy to request product exchange within the day the order is placed. The product must be in ready-to-sell condition, meaning the condition of the product has not been altered, damaged, and packed in the product's packaging. In the same condition as the company Delivered to the buyer
Approve the request for product exchange by Branch Manager Via the storefront channel or the Manager of the Product Expert Department via the online channel
Allergic to the product
Customers must contact through Product Expert in all cases of allergic reactions to products for consideration. Basic evidence must be provided as follows.
1. Have a receipt or proof of purchase within 90 days.
2. Photo evidence of allergy If the evidence clearly shows that it was caused by a direct allergic reaction to the product, no additional medical certificate is required. or have a certificate certifying that you are allergic to substances or components of the product
3. Medical certificate and receipt (if any)
Product Expert will consider it on a case-by-case basis. The product and treatment costs will be refunded.
Defective product
The company does not have a policy to refund products in all cases. If the customer wants a refund, the customer must contact the Product Expert channel.
Customers purchase through the storefront at the branch where they purchase and exchange products by Change to the original product or a new product whose price does not exceed the value of the purchased product.
The purchase receipt must be presented within 14 days and the product must be exchanged.
